TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.✦ You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.✦ Use of commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or AI/machine learning is strictly prohibited.✦ Payment and invoices are sent through PayPal and/or Ko-fi only. I may not redistribute or otherwise use your personal information outside of this transaction at any time.✦ Unless otherwise agreed upon, I own the copyright and reserve all rights to the commission as my work. Your commissioned artwork is for personal use only, commercial use is prohibited. I reserve the right to display the artwork as a portfolio piece in any way I see fit.✦ You may not remove my signature from the commissioned piece, or claim my work as your own. Edits to my artwork are not allowed, unless to create a watermark to denote character ownership or cropping in the context of profile pictures and headers.✦ Unless I am unable to complete the work, there are no refunds. However, refunds may be distributed in response to hostile and/or inappropriate behavior on behalf of the client. If the client's behavior results in my inability to complete the artwork, a refund will be distributed with equivalent value to the work left unfinished.✦ Works-in-progress will be provided throughout the process. You are welcome to request a WIP of your commissioned piece at any time.✦ Small corrections (colors, minor details) are allowed at every WIP stage, but larger corrections (composition, anatomy, character design) may only be requested at the sketch stage. Please ensure your references are accurate and that your commission has the correct details at this point. Further changes will incur a fee.✦ Credit is required if you post my artwork in public spaces.✦ In the event that the client would like to sell their character or art that I have worked on, the sale price cannot exceed the price that was paid for the commissioned piece. Please inform me of the change in ownership.

MY PROCESS

✦ Carefully read my Terms of Service.✦ Depending on the commission type, you will submit your references and contact information via e-mail, DM or google form.✦ If your commission is accepted, I will reach out to you via your preferred method of contact. I will confirm the pricing at this point, and you may either accept or reject the commission at this time.✦ If you do not receive a message, it likely means that the slots have already been filled. You are welcome and encouraged to resubmit again at any time my commissions are open.✦ Once the commission is agreed upon, you will pay either via Paypal invoice that I will send, or through ko-fi.✦ When payment is received, I will begin to work on your commission and give you an estimated time frame for when it will be finished, and will continue to communicate with you and provide WIPs until the piece is completed.✦ If there are delays, I will inform you immediately. Please refer to my TOS for refund policies.
